For Dorelan, creating its products means not simply carrying out a series of procedures respecting manufacturing rules, but creating the right mixture among Italian innovation, technology and production.
Dorelan mattresses are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of 5 years from the date of delivery of the product.
The 5-year guarantee is valid as follows:
- in the first 2 years the product will be replaced free of charge with the same article or, if out of production, with a similar product after return of the faulty product;
- for the following 3 years the mattress will be repaired/replaced free of charge with the same article or, if out of production, with a similar item, after return of the faulty product.
All replaced products and components become the property of Dorelan.
