Every Dorelan mattresses are made according to safety standards and
undergo several tests, as required by the company’s Quality Management
Division, certified by UNI EN ISO 9001:200.2
The “GUARANTEE” covers the repair or replacement free-of-charge of the mattress or components of the same in the case of faulty materials
or workmanship. This guarantee does not cover accidental damage. Furthermore, Dorelan accepts no liability for injury or damage that may, directly or indirectly, be caused to persons, things or animals due to the non-observance of the instructions in the booklet accompanying the
product and in particular concerning the warnings on the use and maintenance
of this last one.
All Dorelan mattresses are guaranteed by Dorelan against production flaws for a period of 5 years from the date of consignment.
The 5-year guarantee on all Dorelan models is valid as follows:
- for the first 2 years the mattress will be replaced free-of-charge with the same article or, if out of production, with a similar product on return
of the faulty product.
- for the following 3 years the mattress will be repaired / replaced Freeof-charge with the same article or, if out of production, with a similar
product, on return of the faulty product.
All the replaced products and components are the property of Dorelan.

Dorelan offers to the consumers buying Myform range products the opportunity turn the 2-year replacement guarantee into a 5-year replacement guarantee if the customer logs in and fills the dedicated form on Dorelan website.

1_HEAD AND NECK ZONE: if the neck is not supported in a correct manner the muscles can be affected causing oain in all the head zone and headche
2_BACK ZONE: if the position during the sleep is not correct, the spine could cause backache.
3_PELVIS AND JOINTS: : a too rigid surface can cause pain to the pelvis and the joints
4_KNEES: who suffers of knees inflammations must choose a mattress which has a minimal pressure on them.
5__ SHOULDERS’ AND BACK’S MUSCLES: a wrong position during the sleep can cause fibrositis or worsen already existing pathologies.
6_ARMS: a neck’s nerves inflammation, occurred when the neck is not adequately supported, can cause sharp pain and encumber the blood flow to the arms.
7_ISCHIUM: a mattress which makes us assume a wrong position worsens ischias syndromes.
